Where I've worked
A timeline of research, internships, and other roles.
Independent Researcher · TP53 Variant Analysis Project
Jun 2026 – Present
Independent computational biology research using a protein language model to study TP53 variant pathogenicity.
- Used ESM-C to score all 7,467 possible missense substitutions across the 393-amino-acid human TP53 protein.
- Processed and visualized model scores in Python, then compared predictions with ClinVar classifications for benign, pathogenic, and uncertain variants.
- Wrote a research paper describing the workflow, results, limitations, and potential use of protein language models for variant prioritization.
Research Protocol Intern · Panoplia Laboratories
Jun 2025 – Aug 2025
Cambridge, MA
The premise of the internship was to see whether students with less research experience could correctly complete lab tasks that would previously have required significantly more experience and formal schooling.

- Conducted molecular biology experiments involving plasmid assembly, cell culture, AAV production, and qPCR testing in a BSL-2 laboratory.
- Used AI tools to learn, document, and refine experimental protocols while maintaining a detailed lab notebook that was updated every day with new findings, problems, and solutions.
- Completed 156 hours of synthetic biology research and earned certificates in AI Prompt Engineering and Laboratory Techniques.
Intern · Athletic Evolution
May 2025 – Jun 2025
Wilmington, MA
Assisted strength coaches and physical therapists with athlete conditioning and injury-prevention work.
- Supported strength coaches and physical therapists in athlete conditioning and injury prevention.
- Gained hands-on experience observing biomechanics and sports medicine techniques.
- Also learned how to lead strength and conditioning sessions for college and high school athletes.
Tennis Coach · North Andover Country Club
May 2024 – Aug 2024
North Andover, MA
Led youth tennis training sessions focused on skill development and teamwork.

- Led youth tennis training sessions and fostered teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development among players.
